EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

Online Orders

Exchange Only: We offer free exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with the original tags attached.

– Refunds are not available.

Sale items, accessories, and jewelry are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

In-Store Purchases

– Exchange is permitted within 7 days of purchase for a different size, color, or style, at the original purchase location, with the receipt presented.

– Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

 

Other Conditions

– Orders in Transit: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled until received. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Return Shipping Costs: WOMENAGER will cover shipping costs only if the item is defective. For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges and returns.

International Orders: Not eligible for exchanges or returns.
