PRICING POLICY

 

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB ฿) or United States Dollars (USD) and are payable at checkout.

– Domestic Orders: Shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis; all import taxes and duties are included in the price.

– International Orders: Shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. All customs fees, import duties, and taxes must be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office or courier (e.g., DHL) for more information.

 

Prices may change due to promotions, markdowns, or commercial factors. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of acceptance.

If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

Online Orders

– Exchange Only: We offer free exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with the original tags attached.

– Refunds are not available.

– Sale items, accessories, and jewelry are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

In-Store Purchases

– Exchange is permitted within 7 days of purchase for a different size, color, or style, at the original purchase location, with the receipt presented.

– Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

 

Other Conditions

– Orders in Transit: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled until received. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

– Return Shipping Costs: WOMENAGER will cover shipping costs only if the item is defective. For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

– Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges and returns.

– International Orders: Not eligible for exchanges or returns.
